We are a family-owned meat processing business located just southeast of Watertown, SD. We collaborate with local livestock producers to provide our customers with high-quality, locally raised beef, pork, lamb, and Wagyu products. To showcase our pride in working with our community farms, each cut is vacuum sealed and labeled with the farm name and city in which it was sourced.

We are excited to announce that we are expanding into a retail store in Watertown! Opening in the summer of 2025, we will be located at 502 10th Avenue SE. We will be carrying our wide variety of locally raised meat, meat sticks, coffee, spices, and more! We are excited to be more accessible for our clients and offer more convenient hours to shop in person!  Follow us on Facebook for building progress and we will update when we have an opening date set.
