Beef Processing
Minimum 14 day dry-age included
(unless the animal is a full grind):
$200 (per animal) non-refundable
deposit (comes off of your final bill)
Processing:
$2/lb based on hang weight
Upcharges:
$1.00/lb Stew Meat
*Other special requests may have an additional upcharge, such as patties, seasoned items, cured/smoked items, etc.

Pork Processing
$100 (per animal) non-refundable
deposit (comes off of your final bill).
Processing:
$2/lb based on hang weight
Upcharges:
$1.00/lb Seasoned Sausage (after first 20 lbs which are included in the $2/lb)
$1.00/lb Cured/Smoked Items
$2.00/lb Brats

Lamb/Goat Processing
$50 (per animal) non-refundable
deposit (comes off your final bill).
Processing:
$200 / animal
Upcharges:
$2.00/lb Brats ($3/lb for spinach & feta)
*Deposits are due at scheduling, payments may be made via Cash, Check, or Card (4% card processing fee does apply)
*Prices are subject to change, additional upcharges may apply for specialty cuts including ground beef patties, resale animals, Beef/Meat Sticks, etc.
We will notify you when processing is complete, you will have a week to pick up before storage fees begin. Hours for pickup are Monday through Friday 9 am to 4:30 pm - pending holidays and closures. If pickup outside of these days/hours is needed, please arrange with us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
