Satisfaction Guarantee
Occasionally we will ask for the product back for review. After the review of the product one of the following may occur. Credit could be issued or product replaced.
All refunds must be made before 30 days of shipment or pick up.
Review will be completed within 14 days of contact and we will reach out to you with results
Shipping Policy
All shipping will be done Mon-Wed to ensure all meats will get to you in a timely manner. No weekends or holidays will items be shipped to ensure that the meat is delivered while product is froze.
Storage Policy
We will hold custom products for 3 months. After that your product will be properly disposed of and no refund will be given
Custom Orders
If you would like to order custom, we have local farmers that we can put you in touch with in order to purchase the animal. After that in order to set up a date a deposit is required. Pigs have a $100 deposit for a whole and Cattle is a $200 deposit for a whole. All deposits are non-refundable. We are able to take a cut list over the phone or in person.
