Our New Orleans inspired bold and flavorful blend that intertwines a variety of light and dark roast South American beans with ground chicory root.  Chicory use in coffee dates back to the early 1800's in France as a means to stretch the supply of coffee by using it as an additive.  The practice was brought to New Orleans through the French settlement influence and became popular as a tradition to this day.
